By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using Brakzon Atlas services, you agree to these terms and related legal policies.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep account details up to date.
• You must maintain lawful authority over data uploaded to the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

4. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions and service charges are due according to the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase time.

Brakzon Atlas does not store raw payment card data in the platform database. Where convenience storage exists, it is local to the user environment for easier access and payment continuity.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are final. Brakzon Atlas does not provide refunds, including for partial billing periods, service non-use, downgrade decisions, or subscription cancellation, unless a refund is required by applicable law.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve security, reliability, and compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brakzon Atlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after publication of updates means you accept the revised terms.
