Data Protection
This policy explains how Brakzon Atlas protects operational data and payment-related information.
1. Security Design
- Role-based access controls and session protection for account security.
- Input handling and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk.
- Monitoring, logging, and support processes for incident review and response.
2. Card Data Storage Statement
Brakzon Atlas does not store raw card data in its core application database.
Where payment details are available for convenience, such data is stored locally in the user environment (such as local/browser context) to simplify user access and payment flow continuity.
Users and organizations remain responsible for protecting endpoint devices, browser sessions, and local storage settings.
3. Data Handling and Access
- Access is limited by account roles and workspace permissions.
- Data access is restricted to authorized workflows required for service operation.
- Support access is controlled and used only for issue resolution and maintenance needs.
4. Incident Response
Security incidents are prioritized for containment, investigation, remediation, and follow-up improvements.
