The Contracts tab is the project area for third-party commitments.
What it shows
- contract title
- counterparty
- contract type
- amount
- paid amount
- payment type
- status
- signed date
- duration
Contract types
Service contract
Used for work, labor, or deliverable-based agreements.
Supply contract
Used for material purchasing, supplier tracking, stock movement, and supplier payments.
Why the type column matters
The type helps the team quickly understand whether the contract is:
- work/service oriented
- supply/material oriented
Payment totals
Paid totals depend on contract type:
- service contracts use payment records
- supply contracts use supplier payment transactions
Filters
Use the tab filters to narrow records by:
- signed date range
- status
- payment type
- search text
- amount range
