Dashboard overview
Track cash flow, expense, and project health
The dashboard is the finance command center. It aggregates expenses, income, salaries, worker cost, and contract-related payments across the company.
What you see
- Total expense: company-paid expenses + paid service contracts + supplier payments + paid workers + non-project salaries.
- Total income: project income in selected currency.
- Net position: income minus expense.
- Active projects: number of live projects.
Why totals may be larger than simple expense records
The dashboard is designed to reflect broader business outflow, not only one expense table.
That means expense totals can include:
- direct expense records
- worker payouts
- service contract payments
- supply supplier payments
- non-project employee salary cost
How to use date ranges
Use the range selector to review a month, quarter, or custom window.
Tips:
- Review month-over-month trends.
- Align finance reviews with fiscal periods.
Multi-currency
The currency selector affects totals and charts. For executive reviews, use the base currency.
Recommended review routine
Daily:
- check total expense and total income
- review unusual changes in net position
Weekly:
- compare active project count with real workload
- review contract and supply-related expense impact
- confirm salary and expense entries are current
